∎ B.Com
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analyse data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ Check bill, vouchers, registers and all other related documents to ensure proper record keeping.
∎ Conduct physical inventory of the goods with the stock report as per management instruction, prepare the inventory report and submit to the department head.
∎ Carry out checking of stock ledger, gate pass, challan, petty cash, and materials incoming & outgoing records to prepare report and submit to the department head.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Any other special task assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ Computer Knowledge
∎ MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Accounting program/software
∎ Tally software operating
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in any recognized organization.
∎ Proficiency in spoken and written English.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
∎ Ability to work under pressure during strategic times of the year
∎ Age limit is maximum 40 years on 31 Oct 2021.
∎ Condition may be relaxed in case of highly qualified/experienced candidate.
