Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree.
∎ Certificate in Project Management, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure delivery of quality food services to the members-on-site and home delivery.
∎ Meet the sales and business targets of catering, restaurant, and meeting/conference halls allocation. Take responsibility for sourcing, storage, and supply chain of raw materials for the services. Check purchase requisitions of various sections and ensure transparency in purchase and use of materials of all types.
∎ Ensure proper recruitment and deployment of service personnel (cook, waiters, helpers, baker, etc.) in line with HR policies.
∎ Ensure proper training of service personnel on their respective trades.
∎ Be responsible for effective supervision, discipline, dress code, formalities, attitudes & behaviors, and performance of service personnel under control. Make right selection of contractors and delivery of supplies as per agreement.
∎ Ensure support from Dept. of FM, if necessary. Provide optimum support on special events and ceremonies.
∎ Daily maintenance (cleanliness, utility, and operability) of facilities (Furniture, electrical & electronic devices, crockery, etc.) in serviceable condition, with support from FM (AM & TM), when necessary. Allocate rest house and meeting/conference halls in accordance with RAOWA policy.
∎ Maintain official correspondences and office files of the department.
∎ Prepare all types of official reports, as asked by the management.
∎ Prepare standard operating procedures and check lists for the services offered by FB. Ensure that the registers are maintained properly for accountability and cost control.
∎ Prepare sales analysis/income statement against expenses of catering, restaurant, and bakery.
∎ Ensure compliance with food standard and other regulations regarding hygiene and cleanliness.
∎ Be responsible for proper disposal of excess/wastage food and beverage items.
∎ Maintain strictly the schedules of cooking and delivery of food items in the restaurant and bakery for ensuring that the food items are served at the right time and place.
∎ Maintain professional outlook of spaces and personnel all the time.
∎ Introduce customer satisfaction survey system and achieve the target score set by the management.
∎ Ensure remedy and justice of customer grievances promptly.
∎ Implement performance management system as per the guidelines of HRD.
∎ Implement succession management policy with the help of HRD.
∎ Achieve following targets, set by the management:
∎ Cost reduction.
∎ Employee job satisfaction/engagement rating.
∎ Perform any other task related to the department assigned by the management.
∎ Collaborate with the other departments to achieve overall departmental goals and objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Should have minimum 10 years' experience in event management, hospitality management, restaurant, retail chain, travel agent, and related marketing, sales, or administrative jobs
∎ Should be familiar with guest services, customer services, and housekeeping.
∎ Must be good in oral and written communication
∎ Experience in using inventory management software is an advantage.
∎ Innovative, problem-solving, and hard-working
∎ Should have positive attitude and a strong mentality to serve customers
∎ Good computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
