∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with the organizational system
∎ Maintain financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies- Auditors (internal / external), NBR (tax purpose and VAT authorities)
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Income Tax Ordinance, VAT & Supplementary Act.
∎ Monitor import/export, L/C finance
∎ To monitor and report any unnecessary cost & requisition.
∎ Maintaining project-wise budgeted & actual performance;
∎ To prepare yearly budget and financial statement also quarterly, monthly or as per required.
∎ To ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit evidence for future reference;
∎ Maintaining expertise over accounting operations, such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash receipts, treasury, and revenue and expenditure analysis.
∎ Preparing and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
