∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Advanced excel skill, Analytical ability, Financial Reporting, Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication., Pressure handling

Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Restaurant
Job Context:
∎ • To provide accurate, transparent, and timely financial analysis and strategic insight to support leadership in decision making process; clearly articulate financial implications of business decisions / choices, and provide retrospective analysis as well as drive forward looking actions.
∎ • To drive the analysis requirements for franchisee functions; be responsible for the execution of financial processes and interpretation of monthly financial and business analysis (e.g. revenues and costs, actual vs. forecast, variances, KPIs driving financial performance) for franchisee.
∎ • To render useful insights into performance metrics, showing the financial implications of decisions and helping the business to get approval of the unit’s budget and investment proposals
∎ • To support process and system improvement opportunities by participating in change initiatives
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Preparation of Monthly Financial Presentation (P&L, B/S, Ratios, etc.)
∎ • Perform monthly Operations Review
∎ • Provide financial results for the preparation of the Quarterly / Annual Business Review
∎ • Analyse and interpret results of operation to provide valuable insights and recommendations to continuously improve and drive profitability
∎ • Initiate and address increasing costs in the store/branch/café/restaurant (i.e., food cost, labour cost, operating cost); commissary (transfer price)
∎ • Work with concerned departments in managing their respective expenses vis-à-vis budgets
∎ • Maintain all bank accounts of the company and keep proper documentation of each financial records.
∎ • Monitor and report actual performance vs. targets; identify significant issues and recommend course of action to CEO
∎ • Closely monitor all store openings and achievement of their sales and profit targets
∎ • Provide feasibilities and valuations for new franchisee.
∎ • Provide clear and timely communication of all policies related to stores, commissary and Head Office departments for 100% compliance
∎ • Conduct applicable training to guarantee compliance
∎ • Recommend action plan(s) on reported issues and findings on weak internal controls and ensure corrective measures are implemented
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be reviewed yearly based on performance
