∎ Age at least 26 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the companies' VAT compliance process as per the recent VAT Act.
∎ Preparation of different kinds of VAT Mushak as per requirement of the company. like Mushak 6.1, Mushak 6.2, Mushak 6.3, Mushak 6.6, Mushak 6.7
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of VAT &Tax related issues.
∎ Preparation and submission of SD/VAT challans.
∎ Documents preparation and maintenance for corporate tax return submission.
∎ Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time.
∎ Dealing with VAT cases.Checking VAT challan provided by the vendor.
∎ Preparation of VDS certificate (Mushak-6.6).Collect VAT Challan and Mushak 6.6 from the Client.
∎ Prepare Bill for work done with Mushak 6.3Collect TAX Challan from the Client.
∎ Communicate with clients and Collect Bills’ payments.Checking & prepare monthly reports of companies’ Petty Cash.
∎ Communicate with the Bank and provide the necessary support.
∎ To deal with VAT consultants for VAT purposes.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
