Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop ad operations strategy based on user research, market pulse, innovation and factors changing user behavior
∎ Develop ad campaign roadmap based on the defined strategy and analyze user reviews on available platforms /touchpoints to find out right insights to be used in setting the right ad strategy
∎ Plan and deliver specific ad roadmap deliverables and develop timeline in alignment with an overall strategy to deliver specific components laid down in the roadmap
∎ Interact with the product team to ensure that proper ad configurations in the ad platforms, investigate anomalies in ad performance, and work in cross-functional groups to resolve the issues
∎ Involve internal teams to generate effective inputs on complex issues and work with the product team to come up with relevant design changes/modifications to introduce new ad type Ad performance dashboard to monitor performance, translate results into clear observations and actions, analyze report findings and optimize ad strategy and features
∎ Create synergy in analysis with standard product analytics tools like Google Analytics/Firebase/Facebook Analytics
∎ Lead and work to execute Ad plans that involve cross-functional teamwork in alignment with the product roadmap and revenue growth KPIs develop a framework for the extended project team
∎ Monitor and highlight the need for product expansion to management and formulate necessary plans and cross-functional teams for execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years working experience in Ad business with a proven track record in working at a multinational tech, digital advertising, social media firm or have a credible track record in content creation and/or content feature management in a tech company. At least 4-5 years in digital ad campaign management
∎ Solid knowledge of ad serving technology
∎ Excellent prioritization skills and a methodical approach with superb attention to detail
∎ Keen, eager to learn, and a positive attitude
∎ Ability to question and challenge current practice
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with people at all levels both internally and externally
∎ Substantial experience and thorough specialist knowledge and understanding of online and TV advertising sales, including programmatic, mobile, and Apps
∎ Ability to interpret and work to best practice guidelines
∎ Experience with Google Ad Manager, familiarity with rich media tags, a basic understanding of Javascript, CSS, HTML5 and responsive design and be proficient with internet technologies
