Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
∎ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff members.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.
∎ Assist in HR-related functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and organizing employee events.
∎ Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
∎ Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a keen attention to detail.
∎ Support the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution.
∎ Monitor office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices in a timely manner.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, providing assistance and hospitality as needed.
∎ Collaborate with IT support to address technical issues and ensure optimal functioning of office equipment and software.
