Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Textile engineering or any other discipline.

∎ Skills Required: English as well as computer literacy, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Strong communication skills , Team building and leading, Textile Engineering.

Job Context:
∎ Job location: Kanchpur BSCIC, Narayangonj.
∎ The job responsibility involves looking after overall production of 11 lines of the factory.
∎ Must Have experience working as Manager in Knit Factory.
∎ Good to have- IE, Planning and Operation experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Organize, Instruct and optimum day to day operation to exceed customers' expectations.
∎ Increase production ensuring maximum utilization of resources and minimizing unnecessary cost.
∎ Supervise the entire production process & prepare the proper documentation as per ISO standards.
∎ Maintaining the quality of product as per customer and standards requirements.
∎ Achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline.
∎ Responsible for enhancing workers' performance and skills.
∎ Identify and give solution to solve bottlenecks.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
∎ Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Ensure new joiners are trained properly to maintain production capacity and quality.
∎ Increase overall factory efficiency and productivity by achieving all KPIs and ensuring factory compliance.
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth operations with order forecasting.
∎ Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.
∎ Ensure buyer audits meet the compliance and quality of operation and Local and international laws.
∎ Develop and establish SOP for all level of production activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production, Production Management (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing), Production planning.
∎ At least 5 years' experience as Production manager.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours as factory needed for shipment fulfillment
∎ Good written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationship
∎ Able to Work Under stress and multitasking ability
∎ Applicant should have sufficient knowledge in AutoCAD & excellent on MS Office suite
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Applicants are expected to be Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous, detailed, well organized and focused to meet deadlines.
∎ Candidate have knowledge on 7S Framework, Six Sigma, kaizen will have added preference.
