Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE/IE) / Tertiary Degree on Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ This position for IE Executive to provide IE support to IE & Planning teams on the assigned production units/Lines.
∎ Job Location: Narayanganj (Kanchpur).
∎ Workplace: Work at factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the IE process in a Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Ensuring production plan with capacity & strength along with shipment target.
∎ Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ Ensuring line balancing as per layout.
∎ Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Ensure costing SMV to merchandiser.
∎ Maximize efficiency to improve work flow by using proper material.
∎ Garments analysis & style development for reducing costing.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Materials.
∎ Preparing daily NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
∎ Reviewing operator's skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Preparing workers assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
∎ Ensuring combined production report of cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ Any other assignments at the discretion of management.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Production.
∎ Good communication skill especially in English.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
