∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/ MBA from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Dealer or Channel Development, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Steel, Tobacco, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Battery, Storage cell, Tiles/Ceramic, Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze daily schedules and test operational rules for continuous improvement of route efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
∎ Contribute to the development of clients route network strategy and pursue its implementation through route planning.
∎ Analyze performance on a route by route basis to identify areas of opportunity and to monitor industry capacity changes.
∎ Manage & lead national RTM (Route to Market) strategies.
∎ Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies.
∎ Develop solid and optimized RTM strategy including of Urban & Rural Approach using the new system to exploit and explore to opportunity and potentiality of the market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proven experience in dealer creation & dealer management.
∎ Candidates having good academic background will get extra preference.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced on selling electronics product will get preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Ability to work extra hour.
