Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting or MBA (Major in Finance/Accounting). ACCA/CMA/CA (Partly Qualified) candidates will be given preference.
Job Context:
∎ TMSS is one of largest national level social development organization. TMSS Grand Health Sector invites application for the vacant post under finance department.
∎ Grade: 7th grade of SR-TMSS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing monthly and periodical financial statements and reports.
∎ Monitoring Capital Expenditure, fund management & keep records of the Hospital.
∎ Preparing and maintaining records in respect of payment.
∎ Coordination with internal and external audit activities.
∎ Update monthly bank statement, Bank reconciliation and Prepare report for management.
∎ Analysis financial report.
∎ Preparing yearly Budget.
∎ Inventory Management and Monitoring.
∎ Monthly reconciliation all inter organization transaction.
∎ Budgetary control.
∎ Monitoring of Capital Expenditure of the Hospital.
∎ Supervise and assist all accounts and finance personnel for their daily work as to run the department smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have minimum 05 year(s) of experience in maintaining accounts by software & manually in health sector/related organization.
∎ Computer literacy particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet is required.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis & decision making.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with the ability to multi-task and meet deadline.
∎ Able to communicate both in English & Bengali.
Salary:
∎ As per Pay Scale TMSS consolidate salary Tk-36,630/-, in provision period will be paid Tk-29,900/-
