Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and maintain the civil plumbing & Electrical System as well as Electro-Mechanical Devices of HR Bhaban in a regular basis and update his chief accordingly
∎ Ensuring the monthly check-up and regular maintenance work of car lifts, passenger lifts, substations, and generators of HR Bhaban
∎ Ensuring cleaning works of HR Bhaban from top to bottom through effective and regular guidance of his subordinate
∎ Preparing comparative statement CS of work
∎ Keeping liaison with the vendors Architects and engineers as well as Consulting Agencies effectively to carry on a project successfully in due time
∎ Preparing work orders for different projects
∎ Checking and repairing bills for different works
∎ Preparing Electronic Note Sheet (ENS) for different purposes as per requirements
∎ As and one required visiting different sites, showrooms, factories, warehouse of service centers, and other properties of our company as per necessity and instruction office chief just scope of visiting, including in or out of Dhaka city
∎ Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
∎ Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications. Oversee the selection, requisition, and quality of materials
∎ Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended main civil other constructions or other maintenance work.
∎ Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract and design documents.
∎ Liaise with any consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Liaise with the competent authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with construction documentation required as per regulations and laws.
∎ Communicate with Management/Senior Officials of the company including attending regular meetings to report the progress of the works. Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site works as per the implementation plan.
∎ Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of the contractors.
∎ Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
∎ Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on-site work
∎ Prepare reports as required including time plan, work schedule, and bills.
∎ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and do such other work as may be assigned from time to time.

∎ Communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. construction managers, subcontractors, architects, designers, other engineers
∎ Organization skills and a methodical approach to work
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Strong team-working skills and coordination
∎ Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office Suites, AutoCAD
