Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Paint engineer who will be involved in the design and development of paint section. Your work will focus in the research, development and implementation of chemical processes required to produce a good painting substances which will be best for our machineries as well be ecofriendly.
∎ Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follows standardized procedures, principles and practices of powder coating application.
∎ Ensures that all components are produced and coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established quality and delivery goals.
∎ Look after overall Product Order in pant Section.
∎ To prepare and follow up all documentation issue of finished product according to ISO rules.
∎ To keep maintain the related books & register as required. Also assistance in the production activities when needed.
∎ Monitor recording instruments, flow meter, panel light lights or other indicators and listen for warning signals, to verify conformity of process condition.
∎ Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situation, as directed by supervisory personnel.
∎ Turn valves to regulate flow of products or byproducts though agitator tanks, storage drums or neutralizer tanks.
∎ Supervise the cleaning of towers, strains or spray tips.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
