Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Engineering or Farm Power and Machinery.
∎ Students of any reputed Agriculture University.
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh students will get a preference.
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Sales, Tender Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with different government offices, NGO industries, and corporate houses.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and ensuring logistics for tendering and large sales.
∎ To plan, organize, and take initiatives to achieve monthly & yearly sales targets.
∎ Providing maximum support and knowledge including product demos to the end users.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors' business strategies as well as updating higher authorities.
∎ Frequently communicate with corporate customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Researching and recommending new opportunities, profit, and service improvements with proper forecasting.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing corporate sales and overall company performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess the quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good command of both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to travel frequently.
Salary: Negotiable
