Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDPM / PGDHRM
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law,Factory Management
∎ Skills Required: Attention to details, Excelent computer skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent English Writing and Speaking, Very good team player

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensations and Benefits, Employee Relation, Factory HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
∎ Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
∎ Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
∎ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
∎ Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
∎ Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Manage and mentor Factory staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
∎ Keep all the data related to Performance Appraisal in order and updated.
∎ Provide and /or coordinate regular training on Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures.
∎ Policy and SOP preparation. Ensure to adhere Learning & Development policy of the organization.
∎ Actively participate in initiatives related to organizational culture strengthening and employee engagement levels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience in Factory HR related activities especially on labor law related issues.
∎ Solid experience in leading, coaching and managing team.
∎ Strong team player and be collaborative to work with all levels.
∎ Excellent communications and presentation skills.
∎ Articulate with good command in both spoken and written English.
