∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing based company (Plastic, Rubber, Shoe factory, Food (Packaged)/Beverage etc).
∎ Good understanding of labor, ESG, statutory & other compliance.·
∎ Very good knowledge in Factory Compliance.
∎ Have good experience in organizational chart .
∎ Should have experience in -Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance, Organization Development, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
∎ Have good knowledge about ERP implementation.
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position : DGM/ GM – (Level depending on qualification , experience etc).
∎ HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
∎ Plan and execute talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies both corporate and factory.
∎ Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, setting clear expectations and priorities. Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
∎ Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in hiring practices.·
∎ Manpower budget control.
∎ Employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
∎ Payroll Management.
∎ Review & Monitoring Absenteeism & Turn over. Prepare Company policy, procedures, COBC policies & implementation.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Liaison with compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
∎ Monitor Supervise & Coordinate all administrative, transport & overall logistics issue as per policy.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.  Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Monitor safety issue both corporate & factory.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Able to handle all grievances, human issues and disciplinary action within the factory.
∎ Can resolve and deal with outside forces like local peoples, political issues and other.·
∎ Must be keen in dealing with different authorities Police, RAB, NSI, BOI, local government, BRTA, BIDA, Department of Law Environment and all others.
∎ Need to achieve & renew all Certificates that are required for Factory Operation.
