Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR process and practices in the organization as per management direction to meet the needs of the growing organizations, if required.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, reports, formats, statements, files & registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Rules.
∎ To Maintain the employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Monitor social compliance issues in the factory and prepare for various audits.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within the timeline and submit it to buyer as required.
∎ Maintain & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents and prepare necessary audit report.
∎ Monitor all compliance requirements in the production floor and other Departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
