ABOUT THE ROLE

Wild BD operates its own state-of-the-art integrated denim mill and is scaling its retail presence across Bangladesh. We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing to spearhead the digital strategy for our upcoming retail denim brand.

The ideal candidate will blend hands-on expertise in retail apparel marketing and high-performance Meta advertising with cutting-edge, AI-driven marketing workflows to drive customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and aggressive revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Meta Advertising & Paid Campaigns: Architect, launch, and optimize performance-focused campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, leveraging automated scaling, Advantage+ tools, and creative-led strategies via Meta Ads Manager.

• Mass Email Marketing & CRM Automation: Design, manage, and scale automated customer lifecycle journeys, behavioral segmentation, and retention campaigns using enterprise platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo.

• AI Tool Integration & Prompt Orchestration: Harness advanced generative AI models—including Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and next-gen video generators like Veo-3—to accelerate content production, hyper-personalized copywriting, and trend forecasting.

• Competitive Intelligence & Data Scraping: Extract and analyze market data using web scraping tools like Octoparse, Apify, and Scrapy to track competitor pricing, shifts in fashion trends, and consumer sentiment.

• Retail & Fashion Brand Marketing: Lead multi-channel digital campaigns tailored for seasonal apparel launches, digital lookbooks, capsule collections, and community engagement.

• Multi-Platform Social Media Management: Direct brand storytelling and audience engagement across high-impact platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Compensation & Remuneration

• Salary Range: Tk. 20,000 – 45,000 per month (Highly negotiable based on candidate profile and industry experience).
