Preference will be given to candidates having practical experience as an Electrical Engineer in a Block Manufacturing Factory.
Candidates with experience in Concrete Block, Paver Block, AAC Block, Precast Concrete, or other construction material manufacturing plants will be preferred.
Experience in industrial electrical systems, production machinery, preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, PLC, VFD, MCC/control panels, motors, generators, and power distribution systems will be an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant experience in RMC Plants, Precast Concrete Plants, Construction Materials Manufacturing, Cement, or other industrial manufacturing facilities may also be considered.

Responsibilities & Context
Plan, supervise, and maintain all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery of the block manufacturing plant.
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted electrical operation of block-making machines, batching plants, mixers, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and other production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCC panels, PLC systems, sensors, starters, VFDs, and related equipment.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical machinery to minimize breakdowns and production downtime.
Monitor electrical power consumption and implement measures to improve energy efficiency.
Maintain and inspect electrical panels, cables, wiring, earthing, generators, transformers, and power distribution systems.
Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to ensure continuous plant operation.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records of electrical maintenance and breakdowns.
Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of new electrical equipment and machinery.
Maintain adequate stock of electrical spare parts, tools, and consumable materials.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and workplace safety procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and identify potential hazards.
Coordinate with utility service providers, contractors, and technicians when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on electrical maintenance, power consumption, breakdowns, and equipment status.
Perform any other electrical and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
