Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree/Diploma from a recognized Govt. University/College in Textile Engineering/Technology/Chemistry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing Finishing, pretreatment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of dyeing of Cotton and it's various with polyester, viscose, Modal, Tencel & Linen
∎ Must have knowledge of working on continuous dyeing machines e, g. Pad dry Thermosol, Pad Steam. CPB , Washer Etc.
∎ Having thorough knowledge of Reactive, Vat and disperse dyeing.
∎ Must Take program of pretreatment and dyeing from PPC and should be able to work in close association with pilot lab, finishing and printing department. to execute and complete the programs accordingly.
∎ Can take planning from PPC and shall be able to execute the dyeing plan.
∎ Should be able to handle the shift independently with proper man power allocation and management.
∎ Should know all the process parameters of dyeing and must have good shade matching skills.
∎ Can contribute towards production volume enhancement and quality improvement in dyeing.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of all quality protocol of buyers and should be able to meet their protocol requirements.
∎ Should know the cost-effective measurement and shall be able to reduce the process cost in dyeing.
∎ Must be aware and experienced of dyeing process of Reactive, Sulphur and Vat dyeing and all quality parameters of Pretreatment and dyed materials.
∎ Should be able to handle customer complains if any.

∎ Age 35 to 52 years
