Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. System Maintenance:
∎ • Overseeing the regular maintenance and repair of HVAC and AC Plant systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.
∎ • Conducting routine inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
∎ 2. System Design and Installation:
∎ • Participating in the design and installation of HVAC and AC Plant systems to meet the specific needs of the spinning mill.
∎ • Ensuring that the systems are correctly sized and configured for the facility.
∎ 3. Energy Efficiency:
∎ • Implementing energy-efficient measures to reduce operational costs while maintaining optimal environmental conditions.
∎ • Monitoring energy consumption and recommending improvements to reduce energy waste.
∎ 4. Temperature and Humidity Control:
∎ • Maintaining appropriate temperature and humidity levels within the spinning mill to ensure the quality of textile production.
∎ • Adjusting systems as needed to accommodate seasonal variations.
∎ 5. Ventilation:
∎ • Ensuring adequate ventilation in the spinning mill to remove dust, fumes, and airborne particles that can be harmful to workers and machinery.
∎ • Monitoring air quality and implementing measures to improve it.
∎ 6. Compliance and Safety:
∎ • Complying with relevant safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
∎ • Conducting safety inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
∎ 7. Emergency Response:
∎ • Developing and implementing emergency response plans for HVAC and AC system failures.
∎ • Training staff on emergency procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
∎ 8. Budget Management:
∎ • Managing the budget for HVAC and AC system operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
∎ • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and justifying capital expenditures.
∎ 9. Documentation and Record Keeping:
∎ • Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications.
∎ • Keeping records of equipment warranties and service contracts.
∎ 10. Training and Supervision:
∎ • Training and supervising HVAC and AC technicians or contractors to ensure proper maintenance and repair procedures.
∎ • Providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
∎ 11. Sustainability:
∎ • Exploring and implementing sustainable practices and technologies to reduce the environmental impact of HVAC and AC operations.
∎ 12. Collaboration:
∎ • Collaborating with other departments or teams within the spinning mill to address cross-functional issues related to temperature and air quality.
∎ 13. Troubleshooting:
∎ • Diagnosing and resolving HVAC and AC system problems quickly to minimize downtime and production disruptions.

∎ Age 40 to 60 years
