Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resouces
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/IR will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead employee relations and engagement activities under the supervision of the Head of HR.
∎ Manage employee relation functions in the plant including all issues related to employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
∎ Spearhead grievance handling process across the plant. Especially working on the biweekly grievance box opening, collating the grievances, presenting to management, and working together with the plant management for resolving issues within the agreed/acceptable timeline.
∎ Ensure disciplinary inquiry process according to Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Facilitate pulse surveys/happiness surveys or other surveys when required.
∎ Handle routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate management staff.
∎ Serve as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
∎ Conduct initial interviews/investigations and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints or other concerns; inform Head of HR when an additional investigation is required.
∎ Collect information and data to assess the cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes. This may include management and participation committee proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances.
∎ Conduct surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to the Head of HR.
∎ Assist liaison with local office and association (Labour Office, Industrial policy, BGMEA, etc.)
∎ Assist to increase the female supervisor cadre and develop to the required standard.
∎ Assist to reduce absence and attrition.
∎ Assist with a recruitment drive.
∎ Assist to increase employee engagement and retention rate.
∎ Ensure letters to all lefty employees by the post office and update their files.
∎ Draft all types of office notices and finalize with acknowledgment of the HR Head.
∎ Ensure exit interviews for the associates and staff.
∎ Ensure death employee's benefits and insurance.
∎ Ensure all types of compensation from the central fund.
∎ Ensure training in the plant as per the training calendar.
∎ Assist with all kinds of cultural/welfare programs (annual day, eid re-union, boishaki, etc.)
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
