Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for Individual & Corporate Sales of Land.
∎ Achieve personal and team(s) sales target.
∎ Leading team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Generate sales leads for the team and supervise them.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report and other sales related reports as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years sales experience in Land Development Company.
∎ Fully motivated and hard working.
∎ Good skill in social communication.
∎ Good in correspondence and communication.
∎ Must be creative to handle the marketing needs.
∎ Good skill in social media and online marketing.
∎ Have to have good client leads (client bank) and vigorous contact with them.
