Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM or any professional degree from abroad in HR/Administration field will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Employee Relation, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, Factory HR Operations, Grievance Handling, KPI management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing all HR & Administrative functions of the factory & Head Office.
∎ Supervise the function of HR department, training, promotion, retirement, release, dismissal, leave, pay and allowances, compensation & benefit and discipline of all manpower of the Company.
∎ Responsible for overseeing all HR & Administrative functions of all unit.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance.
∎ Implement HR initiatives and employee welfare programs at unit level.
∎ Prepare manpower budget, man power planning and recruitment accordingly.
∎ Supervise on Job Descriptions, Job Specification and KPI (Key Performance Indicator.
∎ Manage payroll and compensation management.
∎ Review the Performance of all staff and workers at the end of the year and arrange for salary/promotion evaluation.
∎ To maintain & properly monitor grievance & disciplinary procedure among the workers & staff.
∎ Establish human capital metrics and measurements including tracking, analysis and reporting on all
∎ Proactive & professional handling of crisis like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
∎ Manage any kind of undesirable situation that require administrative support.
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness, safety & security matter of all Unit.
∎ To maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices, BGMEA, Labor ministry, to get the update on time and ensure the entire factory & head office gets updated information.
∎ To make good & peaceful relation among the factory management, Corporate management, top management & workers/staff.
∎ Ensure all kinds of health & safety issues within the law & company policy.
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR policies under Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards, etc.
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Board of Directors.
