Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Ensuring office management including the offices of the top management;
∎ Managing any board-secretarial assignment at the discretion of top management;
∎ Contributing to the preparation of any contract, deed, important correspondences, etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different external bodies;
∎ Managing external correspondences in favor of top management;
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali (both verbal and written).
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
