Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing all Administrative and Operational activities of the Cricket Academy. Managing different tasks like attendance, leave management, housekeeping, maintenance, legal events, safety and security etc. Maintaining and monitoring all documentation like personal file, different registers etc. Maintaining liaison with different association and local influences etc. Handling worker & staff related issues, Grievance Management and Disciplinary Procedures as per Law & Policy. Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. Keeping abreast with all organizational changes and business developments. Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
