Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source potential customers and achieve monthly/yearly targets of Retail Assets (Home Loan/ Auto Loan/ Personal Loan).
∎ Maintain strong vendor relationship with auto and home loan to boost sales and marketing strategy of the company.
∎ Identify and implement cross functional sale opportunities.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience by providing customer services as per set standard of IPDC.
∎ Coordination with other departments, i.e. CRM, Operations etc.
∎ Assist in implementation of special projects or any other task assigned by supervisor.

∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
