Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters from relevant background is preferred. Candidates must be from UGC approved university with a minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00, no 3rd division allowed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for new customer acquisition and generating positive sales leads.
∎ Ensure delivery of budgeted sales of assets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Maintain operational accuracy and minimize risk factors of business.
∎ Continuously monitoring and enhancing portfolio throw sales of financial products of the bank.
∎ Visit current and prospective client premises and developers regularly to enhance the number.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with developers to provide preferred lender services for affordable units and buyers.
∎ Submitting daily sales call reports to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure to deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer service to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure the submitted customer application and documentation are complete and error-free.
∎ Coordinate with various departments within the bank to ensure completion of tasks.
∎ Minimize loan discrepancies/errors in loan proposals. Work closely with RFC and different channels.
∎ Schedule sales activity.
