Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as a customer's trusted point of contact, need to be dealt appropriately of their queries.
∎ Ensure that customers information is maintained accurately in the software.
∎ Provide instant support with proper enthusiasm and be Responsible & Proactive.
∎ Shipment schedule follow up with Supplier.
∎ Handling all kind of PI & L/C related documents with Buyer and supplier.
∎ Having adequate knowledge about import trading, communication and documentation.
∎ Other work / task / assignment given by the Management.
∎ We are looking for candidates who have strong dedication and mindset to work in export-import oriented documentation for one of the leading packaging paper indenting company in Bangladesh.
