Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, Desktop hardware, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Embassies/Foreign Consulate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Having Sound Knowledge on latest tools, technologies and systems.
∎ Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Local Area Network, VPN IPSEC, WAN technology), Troubleshooting network problems with the help of service providers or service desk.
∎ Knowledge of Antivirus, Network Printer, Laser Printer, Barcode Printer, Dot-matrix Printer, POS/ICR Printer, Barcode Scanner, Flatbed scanner, Firewall and Network devices.
∎ Should have well knowledge of Online UPS.
∎ Configuring and maintaining Office outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 installing & configuring computer hardware, operating system (Win7, Win8.1 & Win10) and applications including MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016.
∎ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance & sustainability of overall health & security of the office networking infrastructure.
∎ Performs any other IT related duties as assigned by the Manager / Team Leader.
∎ Should have good Communication skill in Bengali and English. Also, able to communicate with HO IT team in India & UK through email or direct call.
∎ Have a strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results in assigned time.
∎ Efficiently multi-task between multiple critical business projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years of experience in IT Support Function, preferably in computer hardware, network and troubleshooting.
∎ Should have experience in application and software support of large local companies.
∎ Hard working and Multitasking ability under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 23000 (Monthly)
