Banks, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop innovative sales ideas and plan regarding capital market.
∎ Explore the potential clients all over the country.
∎ Introduce new clients and funds for the company
∎ Execute the nationwide difficult sales activities for the potential investors of capital market.
∎ Continuous communication with the clients for business prospects.
∎ Serve the retail clients and take the standard initiatives to generate new business prospects through client hunting.
∎ Ensuring profitable growth of branches and contribute to the business strategy by prudent investment and cost control.
∎ Motivated to ensure clients service excellence as well as utmost client's satisfaction. Communicate with cross functional teams for sales, trade and other related issues.
∎ Maintain 100% compliance of ESSL and regulators (BSEC, DSE and CSE) rules and regulation strictly.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Authorized Representatives/Traders from other securities/brokerage are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates having Excellent Salesmanship and Sound Knowledge over Capital Market will be preferred.
∎ Must be enthusiast toward the capital market.
∎ Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills (oral and writing).
∎ Must be enthusiastic, committed to achievement and result oriented.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and capable team-player.
∎ Professional knowledge and skill levels are kept upto-date in order to meet the needs of the position.
∎ Well versed in MS Office Package, internet and email correspondence.
∎ The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of operational procedures of share trading as per rules and regulations under TREC Holder Registration Certificate and solid knowledge of BSEC rules and regulations.
∎ Having a good number of clients with an attractive amount of equity, and a good volume of trading track record in every month.
∎ Ability of new client acquisition and nurturing existing clients to achieve business target.
∎ Ensure standard customer service set by the organization and maintaining all compliance.
∎ Marketing & Communicating with Potential Clients
