∎ Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant or Super User, with experience in the context of apparel manufacturing.
∎ Strong knowledge in SAP S/4HANA SD module interface with external and customer systems on sales workflow integration.
∎ Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Configuration Management and Improvements: Lead improvements to the Sales and Distribution (SD) module configuration to meet the specific requirements of the apparel manufacturing sales processes requirements.
∎ Enhance SAP Order-to-Cash process under Make-To-order (MTO) scenario.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in sales organization, sale contract /order, partner function, pricing conditions, demand planning, delivery schedule, picking/packing lists, PGI, and Invoicing.
∎ Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of existing SD module design and propose improvements with SAP MTO best practices.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions through best-fit configurations.
∎ End-User Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing support to Investigate and resolve issues timely efficient manner and optimize the end-users' adaptability.
∎ Collaborate with SAP support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
∎ Propose and implement SAP S/4HANA best practices to optimize sales processes, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
∎ User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver end-user training programs focusing on features relevant to apparel manufacturing sales.
∎ Create documentation and training materials to ensure users can effectively utilize the SAP S/4HANA SD module.
∎ Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes within the organization.
∎ Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
∎ Customization and Enhancements for Apparel Sales Needs: Work with the development team to design, test, and implement system upgrades or enhancements.
∎ Perform regular data validation checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information within the SAP S/4HANA.
∎ Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning: Implement and optimize sales forecasting and demand planning within the SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution module, considering the seasonal and dynamic nature of the apparel industry.
∎ Align SAP SD configurations to optimize Available to Promise (ATP), scheduling of stocks, lead times, and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
∎ Stay Current with SAP Trends: Stay abreast of Apparel and textile Industry trends and related SAP releases to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
