∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Drafting various types of letters, Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day HR & Management Operations of Zishan Overseas.
∎ Handle personal records & files of employees with confidentiality.
∎ Implement the company HR policy and procedure very strictly.
∎ Manage and assist the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leaves, absence of group staff and prepare daily and monthly headcount report to the management.
∎ Responsible for Salary/Administration including Attendance & Leave management.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection of Group of Companies.
Salary: Negotiable
