Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
∎ Masters in General from any Public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing lab operations: The In charge Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lab, including managing lab personnel, equipment, and supplies
∎ Quality Control: Labe in charge will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. This involve performing tests, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.
∎ Safety and Compliance: The Lab In charge is responsible for ensuring that all lab personnel are trained on safety protocols and that the lab is in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ Documentation: Lab In charge is responsible for maintaining accurate records of lab operations, including test results, equipment maintenance & calibration and other important data
∎ Collaboration: Lab In charge need work closely with other department such as production , sales & marketing , procurement to improve or mitigate issues
∎ Conducting product safety testing: Lab In charge will be responsible for conducting product safety testing to ensure that products meet all relevant safety standard and regulation
∎ Conducting lab safety audit: Lab In charge will be responsible for conducting safety audit to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
∎ Team Development: Prepare periodical performance reports for top management. Create annual training plan on quality for both QA and others.
∎ Equipment Control: Create annual maintenance and calibration plan. Control equipment in way so that easily can trace if there any non-conform
∎ Arrange and plan the test as per buyer requirement.
∎ Analyze customer requirements from RSL, test manual, customer protocol etc.
∎ Re-design and modification of the existing workflow and as well as buyers’ requirements and set different standards of lab testing.
∎ Apply technical skills related to the product being tested (knowledge of programming languages to software QA, knowledge of AAS machinery etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in lab operation
∎ Experience of working in 3rd party lab is preferable
∎ Fluent in English communication both oral and written
Salary: Negotiable
