∎ Sourcing , Negotiation & cost estimation
∎ Procurement process as per SOP
∎ Proper knowledge about import through LC
∎ Coordination with bank, finance , customs & CNF agent work closely with factory , operation & accts
∎ Visit factory , Market & Suppliers as per need
∎ Ensure smooth supply chain to maintain proper inventory
∎ Alternative source development to avoid supply chain risk
∎ Cost cut, cost savings drive also lead the project
∎ To keep continue production confirm on time delivery
∎ All commercial activities need to know
∎ Comply company process and rules about procurement
∎ Global supply chain knowledge
∎ Market trend analysis & reporting
∎ Comply quality source with competitive price as per sales & Operation
