∎ Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our automotive products, adhering to regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
∎ Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering projects, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to align engineering efforts with company goals and objectives.
∎ Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and obstacles in product development processes and provide innovative solutions to overcome them, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
∎ Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects, including technical, financial, and regulatory risks, to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.
∎ Supplier and Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external suppliers and vendors for engineering services, components, and materials, and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
∎ Technology Integration: Stay abreast of advancements in automotive technology, including electric vehicles, autonomous driving, and connected car systems, and explore opportunities to integrate new technologies into our product lineup.
