Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering from any UGC approved university

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform project leadership tasks on system stability, security, and virtualization environments projects, direct daily operations of IT Systems department, analyze workflow, establish priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines
∎ Identify potential areas for improvement, enhancement, and upgrades by maintaining a good working knowledge within the team regarding capacity planning to ensure system stability and adequate backup and recovery resources are available using the latest applicable techniques
∎ Manage crisis situations as a Team Leader, ensuring the security of data from internal and external attacks and providing secure access on backup, security, and virtual environment
∎ Perform project leadership tasks on security and Server Virtualization Projects (SVP), review and standardize appropriateness of technologies used for system stability, security and recommends modifications and/or upgrades necessary to keep systems operating according to defined service level agreements and operating level agreements to address redundancy and recovery architectures
∎ Planning, developing and implementing the backup, security, and virtual infrastructure budget, obtaining competitive prices/Technical Comparison analysis from suppliers, to ensure cost-effectiveness
∎ Identify servers to virtualize followed by a careful evaluation of return-on-investment (ROI) and capacity planning and benchmark existing and planned capabilities against best practices
∎ Design and implement secondary and backup systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets
∎ Forecast, plan, develop, and implement the ICT budget obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost-effectiveness
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years relevant experience
∎ Advance knowledge IT Help Desk , Windows administration & Security. Intel server hardware
∎ Moderate knowledge in Active Directory administration
∎ Moderate Messaging (email) system administration
∎ Basic Business continuity concepts and practices
∎ Through knowledge in Information Security concepts and technologies
∎ Moderate knowledge in virtualization of environment & enterprise backup and DR environment.
