Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferably qualified Business Graduate from a reputed University/Institute
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Six Sigma,Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
∎ Skills Required: Business Analysis, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Organization Development Process Improvement, Problem Solving Skills, Project Management, Project Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analysis, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess current business processes at strategic, tactical, and operating levels, identifying opportunities for improvement within Quality, Efficiency and Cost.
∎ Extract, document, and manage business requirements to help shape identified needs into a business solution.
∎ Leading or conducting solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization; Conducts complex problem analysis and resolution as needed
∎ Work diligently with internal and external stakeholders, to refine, revise, and introduce new and updated processes.
∎ Map processes (“to be” and “as is”), customer journeys, touchpoints, interfaces, and conduct maturity assessments.
∎ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the desired outcomes from the process changes.
∎ Identify process requirements, delivery timelines, resources, risks, benefits, costs, and more.
∎ Digitally develop and maintain detailed project and process plans.
∎ Assign and manage the deployment of discrete tasks across disparate functions and geographies relative to the process improvement.
∎ Regularly report on individual process performance, revising the content and presentation to meet differing stakeholder needs.
∎ Recognizing process and change risks and effectively deploying mitigating activities.
∎ Consistently deliver change in the right way; on time, within budget, and to the agreed standard.
