∎ Researching market trends of current BPO industries for both Local and International scopes
∎ Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
∎ Attend meetings and provide presentations for the business scopes to our potential and prospected clients
∎ Direct participation in different Government/ Non-Government & international tender processes.
