Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the long-term and short-term revenue-generating strategies, various revenue models & strategic partnerships scopes to help device the yearly roadmap and plan and drive execution to achieve the desired revenue growth
∎ Manage revenue forecast, planning, and strategizing new revenue streams by analyzing the market opportunities, leading the development of a detailed revenue roadmap in line with business plan, and coordinate with sourcing to onboard new partners on time to trigger revenue cycles
∎ Identify opportunities that improve the productivity and efficiency of digital programs and campaigns and onboard and create successful partnerships with ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, media agencies, corporates, and various SVOD based solution providers for creating revenue pipelines
∎ Assist in integrating ad tech and other revenue-based service solutions with Toffee platforms and create new business models, pricing strategies, and sponsorship plans for toffee contents
∎ Define clear strategies and plans to onboard /retain corporate clients and sponsors for Toffee exclusive content and onboard and manage TV channel clean feed to place toffee ads
∎ Execute CVM activities by monitoring & analyzing ad analytics and other revenue model analytics in order to turn into new opportunities and improve the performance of the ad networks and other revenue models
∎ Use analytics and business intelligence tools such as global and internal dashboards to better understand consumer behaviors and revenue performances and exploit those consumer insights in optimization ad sources revenue models and pricing strategies
∎ Execute business development plans that involve cross-functional teamwork in alignment with revenue roadmap and growth KPIs and develop a framework for the extended project team
∎ Monitor and highlight the need for revenue growth and formulate necessary plans and cross-functional teams for execution

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of direct, growth-focused experience in OTT-business development with the ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and implementing suitable business and revenue models in multiple revenue models by binding with the relevant products and/or services. Startup experience preferred
∎ Solid expertise in ad networks and/or exchange side experience with various OTT monetization models, business development, communications, strategy & marketing within the mobile or digital space
∎ Strong relationship management within the digital ad eco-system preferred
∎ Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation with a deep interest and proven success in hunting for, developing, and closing new business
∎ Consistent record of achievement in goals and being revenue driven
∎ Define Ad port-folio strategy and creation
∎ Drive partnerships with ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, media agencies, corporates to enrich the ad portfolio
∎ Skill in crafting new business models and presenting tailor-made strategies to management
∎ Solid experience with video streaming platform business/ revenue models
∎ Extensive experience in sales/business development for a mobile or online advertising platform,
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
∎ Good understanding of the OTT content platform industry, digital market landscape, and environment
∎ Good analytics and problem-solving ability
∎ Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
∎ Data-driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data
∎ Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
∎ Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
∎ Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools, and workflow.
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
