Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
∎ Supervise the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the cafe.
∎ Uphold high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
∎ Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
∎ Gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on suggestions.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.
∎ Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet customer demand.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
