∎ Minimum Master's in any discipline with no third division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep track of all credit card applications in collaboration with CRM Division.
∎ Maintain MIS of Card Division and provide reports to Management.
∎ Regular coordinate & follow-up with CRM Division to ensure the submitted card files have necessary documents.
∎ Follow up with Card Operation team to ensure timely card production and delivery to the customer.
∎ Keep track of the Customer Service Executives (CSE) regarding their performance of credit card acquisition.
∎ Providing onsite support to the high value prospective credit card clients.
∎ Manage, motivate & supervise subordinate team members.
∎ Providing comprehensive set of reports to the superior regarding card acquisition progress of card portfolio.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 Years' work experience in card MIS in any leading commercial Bank/ Financial Institution.
∎ Competencies & skills:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
