Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are looking for a responsible and attentive CCTV Operator to monitor branch security and help ensure the safety of company property, employees, and customers.
Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment.
Monitor live and recorded footage to identify suspicious activities.
Report security incidents and emergencies to the appropriate authorities.
Monitor multiple screens in the control room.
Maintain confidentiality and report security concerns promptly.
Check CCTV equipment and report any technical issues.
Maintain daily monitoring records and incident reports.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
