Additional Requirements
20 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in large-scale infrastructure, MRT/Metro Rail, station, depot and building projects. Should have experience in architectural design, construction supervision, design coordination, authority requirements and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Candidates must have proven professional experience relevant to the respective position.
Experience in MRT/metro rail, railway, or other large-scale infrastructure projects will be given preference.
Experience working with international construction firms and on JICA/ADB-assisted projects will be an added advantage.
Foreign nationals and candidates with proven experience working on overseas projects will be considered an added advantage, subject to applicable laws, work permit requirements, and project requirements.
Candidates should possess strong leadership, analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, as applicable to their respective positions.
Good command of written and spoken English is desirable.
Candidates must be proactive, responsible, results-oriented, and capable of working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
