∎ The bank is currently looking for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who will be assisting and spearheading the transformation and change management agenda of the bank as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the company's financial strategic planning
∎ Designing the financial strategic fundamentals for sustainable growth
∎ Preparation of annual budget and budget monitoring
∎ Preparation of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and all Financial Statements
∎ Periodic monitoring of Financial KPIs of the bank and appropriate forecasting
∎ Design and present plans pertaining to achievement of Financial KPIs in coordination with all Business and Support Function Stakeholders
∎ Cost control, cost rationalization, optimization and inputs on productivity
∎ Proper Management of the Bank's accounts payables, receivables and cash flow
∎ All regulatory compliance and reporting related to Finance and Accounts portfolio
∎ VAT and TAX Compliance
∎ Coordination with Regulatory and all other statutory stakeholders
∎ Design and present plans for equity and capital mobilization and capital structuring
∎ Lead a team of Finance professionals

∎ Knowledge of and experience with varied Technology Driven Finance and Accounts Software including core banking system.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and technology surround system.
∎ A minimum of 10+ years of Finance and Accounts experience, with at least five years of executive experience as Unit Head/Department Head/Head of the Division, preferably in Banking Financial Institutions.
∎ Should possess strong and in-depth understanding across all sub-functions of Finance and accounts.
