Responsibilities & Context
Provide care and supervision for 10-15 children, aged 6 months to 5 years.
Organize and lead various activities (creative, sports, language, LAA shows) that
stimulate the children’s development.
Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Ensure the environment is safe, clean.
Attend to the children's hygiene needs, including cleaning and changing them as necessary.
Maintain a well-managed budget and oversee financial aspects of the LAA.
Schedule regular medical check-ups
Organize excursions for the children.
Conduct awareness sessions for mothers on topics related to child care and development.
