Requirements:

∎ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.In - depth knowledge of concrete block production processes, equipment and materials.Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct through feasibility studies and financial analyses. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating diverse teams.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of establishing a concrete block manufacturing plant.
∎ Develop a comprehensive project plant outlining timelines, budgetary requirements and resource allocation.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to design the layout and infrastructure of the manufacturing facility.
∎ Oversee the procurement of equipment, machinery and materials necessary for plant.
∎ Lead the recruitment and hiring process for key personnel, including plant managers, operators, and maintenance staff.
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure that production meets industry standards and customer expectations.
∎ Provide guideline and support to the project team throughout the setup process, resolving any issue or obstacles that may arise.
∎ Conduct training session for plant personnel to familiarize them with equipment operation, safety protocols and production.
