∎ BBA/ BSc and/ or MBA/ MS/ Arts from a reputed university with major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Policy & Strategy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute content operations tasks on a day-to-day basis by coordinating between the product and platform team, Agency, Content Providers, Content team, Performance Marketing team, and any other relevant team within or outside the Toffee team.
∎ Follow up on tasks assigned to different teams for content updates to ensure the platform is always up to date with the latest and most popular content to drive engagement and aligned with Performance Marketing activities.
∎ Identify opportunities, exclusivity, and disruptive ideas in digital content to proliferate overall effectiveness for Toffee and coordinate with content agency and external content owners/ production houses/ content rights holders for timely content delivery to agency for upload and creative support
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper metadata creation, banners, thumbnails, and any other necessary creatives or other information or creatives needed for rightful content uploading
∎ Identify the mistakes in the uploading platforms, contents and rectify the issues by communicating with the technical partner or necessary resource or team
∎ Closely work with the business development/ revenue generation, product and platform, technology, content providers, agency, and all other relevant teams internally and externally to ensure that there is a shared goal of timely and accurate content updates in the platform.
∎ Support the team through constant experimentation through new and innovative operational ideas to learn and prepare the operation for future campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 to 3 years of working experience with content operations with a proven track record of at least 1 year in digital content management
∎ Good understanding of the OTT content platform industry, digital market landscape, and environment
∎ Sound knowledge in video content and content management functions
∎ Good analytics and problem-solving ability
∎ Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
∎ Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools, and workflow
∎ Strong knowledge in digital asset management
∎ Experience in the content development lifecycle
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
∎ Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
