∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science from any UGC approved university

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper plan & maintain the operation of Enterprise IT Network & Security Infrastructure.
∎ Lead the capacity planning, quality & performance management of network devices like routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN gateway, Load Balancer, ISE, WAF, Proxy etc.
∎ Perform continuous monitoring of Enterprise IT Network performance, alert notification, and rectify the issues with necessary communications with vendors/OEM through regular follow-up.
∎ Ensure configuration & security best practices that are agreed upon and relevant for the services.
∎ Perform Security Audit, Access Review, Patching, and Device hardening.
∎ Ensure agreed on service availability, and KPIs & monitor vendor performance periodically.
∎ Oversee end-to-end Enterprise IT Network & Security Infrastructure, perform solution design aligning with all stakeholders to support the business continuity and growth.
∎ Providing necessary project support & capacity management and maintaining the life cycle of the products/OS as per business requirements.
∎ Active participation in Incident Management and mitigation process.
∎ Perform routine health checks of Enterprise IT network devices and take necessary measures where necessary.
∎ Working with vendors on new features planning and deployment.
∎ Taking proactive measures to maintain KPIs as per agreed SLA, continuous monitoring of health, generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of working experience in Enterprise IT Networks, IP Networks and Cyber security field
∎ Expert knowledge of IT Enterprise Network & Security architecture.
∎ Sound knowledge on routing (OSPF, EIGRP, EBGP, IBGP), switching (VLAN/STP/ FabricPath/ Ether-channel/vPC/VSS) & other networking protocols.
∎ Knowledge of E2E IP Networks and Architecture. In-depth understanding of packet flow in a large telecom environment.
∎ Knowledge of IIG/NIX/NTTNs networks & Data Center Passive & Active networking elements.
∎ Experience with Router/Switch/Firewall/Load Balancer/WAF operation & troubleshooting.
∎ Expert knowledge of Security threats and mitigation processes.
∎ Good knowledge of SDN technology and features
∎ Experience in LAN/WAN issue troubleshooting and optimization.
∎ Practical experience in handling large amounts of VPNs with redundancy.
∎ Sound knowledge of Information Security and IT Audit processes.
∎ Experience in planning and execution of Service Migration with minimal downtime
∎ In-depth knowledge of Network monitoring, operations handling, policies, and process implementation.
∎ Good project management and negotiation skills
