Cost & Management Accounting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible directly along with Factory/Plant/Functional Heads for Achievement of Planned/Budgeted Costs and Usage of production/manufacturing resources - Man, Machine, Materials, Utilities & Overhead at Factory / Plant Level;
∎ To establish plans, budgets, results of activities allocating resources and practicing ABC Costing, Production Process costing, Job Costing and Target Costs Management;
∎ To review, monitor progress and make mid-course corrections for the optimization of resources and achieving target costs;
∎ To coordinate efforts with Factory / Plant / Functional Management Team as a Key Team Member for achievement of cost saving goals;
∎ To compute & report Costs per minute (CPM), Production Line Costs and Production Floor & Process Costs and prepare variance reports comparing with Planned/Budgeted Costs with reasons & initiatives to minimize variance;
∎ To maintain quality services and professional knowledge by attending trainings benchmarking state-of-the-art technologies in work place;
∎ To accomplish the Assignment, works, jobs or Project related to assigned by the Management;
